All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in your order, we will contact you via email.

Domestic Shipping :

  • Standard: 7-10 business days

International Shipping (If applicable):

  • Standard International: 10-21 business days

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Your order may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs fees once it reaches your country.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and vary by destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
If your order is delayed or marked as delivered but can’t be located:

  • Contact the carrier first to open an investigation.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
